Bad service, terrible service, my mother came and they took the x-rays for how long they felt like it, and what we paid if we had known, I swear I would have gone elsewhere but as they recommended them to me, one is sad to flee from the bad service of the hospitals and here it was worse I feel upset

The place is accessible. If you pay the exams at the Roberto Koch Board for tuberculosis, they send you there and you get a good discount. The technician who treated me excellently and the lady who calls the patients very fine. Quickly they attended us. But the lady who had to take the temperature at the entrance and guide us, she was very rude, they should put a patient and kind person. It was the first time that I visited the place and I did not know what to do and she was very rude to me.

The service, exams and attention very well. The bad thing is not answered when you call for information, and exams are not cheap. As a suggestion they should not charge the parking fee, my wife's exam cost Q 3,200.00 and we still have to pay parking I think it is not fair. I hope someone from the administration takes a moment to read the comments and do something about it.

El lugar es fácil de encontrar y tiene parqueo (cuesta Q10 la hora). El personal es amable y el lugar es muy limpio. La variedad de exámenes que realizan es muy amplia, los resultados son de una calidad aceptable y el costo de los mismos es competitivo con respecto a otros negocios.
El principal problema de la ClÃnica a Londres es la deficiencia de sus procesos como empresa ya que si uno hace cita el tiempo usual de espera es entre 4 a 5 horas. Por ejemplo si uno realiza una cita para un examen a las 7:00 AM lo atienden entre 11:00 AM y 12:00 PM. De igual manera si uno viene a realizarse un examen sin cita se tardará aproximadamente 4 horas en ser atendido.
La clÃnica también atiende pacientes referidos por el IGSS y estos son discriminados y atendidos de último sin importar el turno o cita que tengan.response / report this review -

Yo fui hace una semana a Clinica Londres a hacerme unas resonancias magneticas, la verdad me gusto mucho la atencion que brindan todas las personas.
Viaje desde Chiquimula hacia alla porque es mejor ir que llamar porque la verdad no han de tener tiempo de estar contestando llamadas llega demasiadas personas y no es de admirarse, llegan por el buen trabajo que hacen.response / report this review -

me agrado saber que cuentan con un numero de whatsapp donde solo envié la foto de mi orden y tuve respuesta inmediata sobre mi cita. también e podido consultar otros estudios por ese medio. muy buena atención, para los que no les contestan este el whatsapp de ellos 4262-9173

Tengo una semana de estar llenando a los teléfonos 22304504 - 22512431 -22512429 -24942929 para realizarme unos exámenes en esas clÃnicas lamentablemente no hay atención por la vÃa telefónica. Espero que los propietarios o condueños vean la importancia de poner una recepcionista para atención a los asuarios

Cuesta mucho la comunicación telefónica, hacer la cita es el problema para la gente que vive en el interior del paÃs se les dificulta aun mas. el servicio en la clÃnica es bueno son atentos. si pudieran mejorar este aspecto en su atención telefónica seria excelente.
