Great views of the lake and surrounding cities if you have the guts and mental fortitude to climb high enough! We hired a local guide to take is to the summit a 10-12hr endeavor (~1mile vertical climb), so this is definitely not something you can jump into willy-nilly!
The hike itself was extremely difficult with 70-80 degree ascents and equally treacherous descents. Moreover the path was littered with rocks of all sizes so be prepared for some sore legs and perhaps a few twisted ankles if you're not careful enough.
However, to get a food view of the lake only takes around 3 hrs, which can be seen in the photo attached.
Overall, the summit hike was a very grueling process but also very rewarding. Hike at your own discretion.
Hermosas vistas.
Amazing sight!!
