  Absolutely lovely Views to die for, any complaints very minor, a few tweaks here and there, a table on master deck, TV in master bedroom this sort of thing would take it to the next level but it's really a beautiful place and we would come back in a minute!

  Villas KM5 is such a magical place! Gorgeous property right on the edge of Lake Atitlan with incredible views. The two rental properties are very spacious and felt like home during our stay. The outdoor space at this property offers some of the best views of the lake and volcanoes - we spent the majority of our stay in the outdoor lounge area and jacuzzi. I can't wait to come stay at Villas KM5 again and explore more of the lake!
