DO NOT USE - Bait and switch liars who then get angry and aggressive when questioned.
(*More involved than this but I'll by to keep breif)
After talking to a few Tikal travel agencies Reino Kans offer was amoungst the highest at 150Q, but they said usually 10 people with maximum 15 (amoung other things) so decided to go with them.
However I was sent along with the Los Amigos tour which sells for 100Q and is always ~30people (which actually was a good tour and worth the 100Q so recommend you just buy from Los Amigos if your not getting a private tour).
On return I challenged I'd been sent on the wrong tour; they first blamed the tour operator then made excuses about why they have to charge more, then tried to change the words of our conversation the previous day with each time me politely correcting them such that they moved on to the next attempt at justification.
The excuses got more odd to the extent the owner suggested the extra money was needed for his familily; fine charge more but DON'T LIE about your offer.
Eventually they (the owner) started being aggressive and personally abusive. Finally when he said "I wouldn't come to your country and question prices" I replied with "yes but in my country you wouldn't be lied to and cheated". This made him more angry and then followed me down the road as I walked away still with abuse.
Do not use Reino Kan Mirador Travel Agency for any reason (despite to the fake Trip Advisor signs in their office).response / report this review
