  On September 23, 2020, we decided with my wife to purchase the moving service because we needed to move.
  
  We had the inconvenience that when unloading the bar cabinet in the new location, the fletex staff threw it away and got hurt in multiple places, in discussions with us they told us that it was our fault for not paying for packaging, but in the same way, even though it had been paid. In any case, it does not mean that the furniture was thrown away and it had been damaged (because the packaging was only to cover it with plastic).
  
  After arguing for a long time they told us that they were going to take responsibility and they were going to send a carpenter to repair it, which never happened, first they closed the communication and stopped responding to us.
  
  On top of that we were not given a bill for the service.
  
  The truth is that anyone who wants to use this service, I would recommend that they better use a service like Caniz is a little more expensive, but it is better than dealing with unprofessional people.

  They threw away furniture, they are not careful, they were not responsible for the damage caused to the furniture, even the concentrate they threw away, they do not give an invoice and do not answer
