  We took the shuttle service of this company from Leon to El Salvador today.
  When we arrived at the border, one of your drivers asked us for 10 US$ each for the fees out of Nicaragua and into El Salvador.
  We were aware of a 2 US$ fee out of Nicaragua and a 3 US$ fee into Honduras. The guy explained something about an additional exit fee out of Nicaragua of 5 US$. I checked on the web today, there is no such fee. So they just took 5 US$ more from us (per person, so in total 10 US$) for their own benefit.
  This is criminal activity and we can therefore not recommend to use this tour operator.

  ALERT! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS. 2 nights ago we took this route from Antigua to Leon leaving at 2am. We where about 2 hours near the border of El Salvador still in Guatemala and had a van come up next to us with 3 men in the back. They tried to shoot the tyres of our van and missed so speed up trying to shoot our driver. Our van stopped and they tried jumping in the drivers window he resisted so they tazered him which led to him coming unconcious. They pushed him in the back and he fell to our feet and at this point I thought he was dead. (We where in the front row) one climbed in the back and put a gun to my boyfriends head and then turned the gun at the roof and shot the roof getting the aircon which gas exploding everywhere. One attacker got in the drivers seat. We were forced to put our heads down and eyes closed so we couldnt see where they where driving us. They took the car in the middle of know where. We where then forced to get out the van they lined us all up one by one and tied our hands behind our back with our shoe laces. They took our money, jewelery, phones and a few other things. They for some reason left our backpacks on the roof and only went through our bags in the bus. All the girls where touched inappropriatly and one girl was sexually assalted. Even The boys where all felt up. This went on for about an hour and a half while they went through the van. One guy actually sat on my back and farted on me. The sun started to come up and they left and we had demands to lay there for 3 hours so they can get away.
  We got up and untied each other and went to the van to see if we at least had our passworts which thankgod they left our bank cards and passports. But the van was turned up side down.
  We got the car started and took it to the nearest service station and called the police who escorted us back to Antigua. The police investigating and still havnt found the men.
  We are all ok just rattled. We are all either on our way home to our families, going to a safer place like Costa Rica but most importantly getting out of Antigua.
  Please be safe and DO NOT TAKE A NIGHT BUS.
