  I'm a biker, so i use bicycles for my main transport, and went to this place to pay my phone bill and left my bike outside, chain to a parking wall, since there's no parking for bikes. Then i went inside the store and to use a machine to be fast in the errand that i needed to get done. It took me less than five minutes to pay and returning to my bike this was no more there. In the place (parking lot) were 3 private police officers and no one "saw anything" so i went to talk to the manager and she refused to show me the cameras, at least to see who took it, but she said no.
  As always Claro is the worst mobile company and the worst customers service ever experienced by myself. So be aware if u ever go there cuz i think the same people in Claro get along with the thieves outside. SHAME ON U
