    I think the only reason people use this company is when there is no other option. Everything is broken in their systems. If you want to get a phone or internet you will wait in line for 2 hours within a store that doesn’t have bathrooms. Then once you come across a problem with your service ( which you will) be prepared to wait in the 2 hour line again. Good chance still they will not fix the problem so you will need to wait again. You would think a company that make so money would be able to invest in basic service requirements and a bathroom for their store. One day a international company will come in and this company will fold.

    To provide some balance to other recent reviews, our experience here was very positive. We were met at the door, explained that we both wanted to purchase local SIMs and data packages for our phones and we were led straight to an agent. He was very helpful and efficient and the whole process was probably only about 20 minutes to walking out of the shop with working Internet access.

    Takes too long to get costumer service. With luck for a service you wait 1 hour simetimes 2 hours.

    La atención al cliente no es buena y para poder ser atendidas tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 1 hora y media con mi amiga. El servicio es demasiado lento.

    En general la atención es buena, los agentes de atención al público realmente se toman todo el tiempo necesario para resolver cualquier asunto relacionado con sus servicios. Lo que a veces se vuelve frustrante, es cuando todos los agentes de servicio al cliente están ocupados, y quizá hay hasta 5 representantes de ventas sin ocupación. Hace algunos años tenían a 10 agentes en línea y podían resolver cualquier situación y vender a la vez; pienso que es un sistema que funcionaba mejor y que debe regresar, porque te atendían en orden de entrada. En el caso de la telefonía, ambos servicios están muy relacionados, vale la pena evaluarlo.
