  There is no way to overemphasize how incredible The Back Shop is. The simple name displays how the owners put all the effort into their wonderful food.
  
  They have various kinds of bread loaves. You will be delighted by the many sweets, especially the donuts - do yourself a favor and get the chocolate-covered, peanut-butter filled donut. There are also bags of granola of increasing complexity and associated price.
  
  The Bake Shop is only open on Tuesdays and Fridays. Make sure to get there early. When everything is gone, they close!
