Noooo alquilen autos en esta empresa, son sencillamente unos estafadores!!!! Nosotros acabamos de perder un dÃa entero de nuestras vacaciones porque nos alquilaron un auto en malas condiciones de freno , a pesar de haberles avisado nos indicaron seguir con el auto hasta que finalmente nos quedamos sin frenos. Después de idas y venidas nos repusieron el auto cobrándonos un costo extra por tener que mandarnos otro auto y otro costo adicional porque el auto que nos mandaron era de una categorÃa superior a la que nosotros habÃamos alquilado. Una vergüenza!!!!! Y no tenes con quien hablar, no te atiende nadie responsable

Son estafadores. Dan autos en mal estado, con el riesgo de accidente que eso significa, luego intentan culpar a uno por las fallas, y encima cobrar cargos extra por estas razones. De ninguna manera contraten un servicio con esta gente que lo unico que intenta es robar dinero sin importar el servicio y la seguridad de sus clientes.
Do not rent a car here!. They are scammers, they rent cars in poor conditions, they don't even care if you have an accident because of that, and they even try to charge you extra for the malfunction. I repeat, do not rent a car here never, not if you want a decent service and if you value your own life while you drive.response / report this review -

You have to be ready to pay more than expected. When you return the car they will go around it and always find something. Paint scratch tire damage windshield damage. They will the money out of your pocket one way or the other. Think before going there.

ALERTA Si rentan tomen bastante fotos de todo el Carro.
WARNING:
If you plan on renting from Tally Take high resolution pictures, off rims, tires, scratches, test every aspect of the car and make sure they write it all down on their report. I rented a car for 10 days when they inspected the car they reported rim damages and bumper scratches. I verified the pictures and the damages were already there.. I showed them the pictures and the inspector told me that wasn’t the right side. I had to prove my point and prove to him that it was.. He then showed me the scratched on the rear bumper . i was lucky that I had several pictures and a video of the scratches, but once I again I had to argue about that.. At the end, the inspector and rental agent discussed the rim issue and they called me back, at this moment he showed me that the rim had yellow Paint.. that paint wasn’t there when they initially showed me the damage.. so clearly they put it.. I had no choice but to pay the rim Damage. NEVER again will I rent from them.. At the end.
The Rental agent had the nerve to mention that it was impossible that in 10 days I didn’t get any damages done to the CAR.. So clearly they try to scam you the best they can if you rent for several days..response / report this review -

Este es el peor lugar en Guatemala para rentar autos, se quedan con los voucher firmados y luego te roban el dinero y no hay manera de reclamar porque tienen tu firma, les aconsejo que busquen otra compania mas seria y honrada.

Worst experience ever. Check your return time. They charged us for "extra hours", almost another day. They tried to give us a car that was already in poor condition. Make sure you check over your rental, We noticed a number of scratches and dings that were not written down. I definitely would not recommend this place to my friends or family. Poor attitude both to pick up the rental and during the time of return. Waste of time.
