  Really bad service and nasty people. There is a major political disruption here in Guatemala which includes road blockages. My wife and I missed our flight today to Puerto Barrios and it wasn't our fault. We spent over 3 hours in traffic to get to the airport. It was a nightmare. TAG's staff refused to give us any kind of break on a flight tomorrow. They acted as if they didn't know what country they were in or what was going on. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

  Just make sure you go to the terminal at the international airport on time! Flight was quick and comfortable .

  Well was 5 am and they did all quickly and efficiently for me to just jump to the plane and sleep..

  TAG gave snacks on a 45 minute flight. The Landing in Flores by our pilot was the least bumpy landing I have ever had in a plane. It was brilliant!
