  The San Nicolas Church is a beautiful Gothic structure standing near the Democracia market. You will find the gate to the churchyard open during most days. The grounds are kept up quite well. The church itself has an imposing tower and a symmetrical design in its architechture. Inside the vast church there is a great deal of space. There are also accurate depictions of saints along the wall.
  
  This was definitely worth a visit if you are in Xela.

  Belleza de lugar, uno de los puntos más reconocidas de Quetzaltenango, la iglesia está rodeado de puntos de vista muy atractivo.

  Iglesia tipo gotico, muy hermosa, una iglesia con mucha tradicion en la ciudad, en su interior se resguardan imagenes muy antiguas como el sr.Sepultado.

  Es la única iglesia de Quetzaltenango con un estilo gótico. Por dentro tiene unas pinturas en el techo y pilares bastate hermosas
