The "Orgasmo" is absolutely the best dessert I've ever tasted in my life. It sounds a bit snobby at first, but just play along with the chef, it's totally worth it. Flavors pop up in your mouth one after the other without being overwhelming, and they complement each other. It's the first time in my life I've actually been blown away (not just in a "this is really tasty" kinda way) by a chef's creation. I cannot recommend it enough.
