  El tema de ingreso a las instalaciones es muy com0licado debido a que cada cierto tiempo uno debe estar recibiendo el curso de PBIP de lo contrario no permiten el ingreso. El horario de los cursos lo publican en la recepción de la portuaria y dura dos días de 8 a 10 cada curso.

  Came here on a cruise ship to port for a day. Interesting overlook of the city with plenty of cargo containers moving around. Nice little building on the side with plenty of people selling stuff. Most of it looks the same but if you ask around you can get a good price.
  Did not get out around town, because of the weather, but got the feeling there was not a lot to do as a tourist.

  Kleiner Hafen in schöner Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß nach wenigen Schritten in die Stadt.
