Normalmente nunca me molesto con dejar críticas negativas pero este lugar es absolutamente terrible. Vine a este restaurante 26/04/2017 a las 6:30 p.m. El gerente de la cajera tomó mi pedido, me dijo que tenía que esperar 15 minutos para mi orden. no me importó tener que esperar que terminen de cocinar más pollo. Después de esperar a los 15 minutos me dijeron que tenía que esperar otros 15 minutos porque había un pedazo de pollo que falta de mi pedido. Le expliqué al gerente que si tuviera que esperar todo este tiempo quería mi pedido completamente fresco en vez de esperar otros 15 minutos más para solo una pieza más porque después la otra comida estará fría. Él rodó los ojos y Pensando que yo no estaba mirando cada movimiento suyo tomó la caja vieja de pollo que ya había sido empaquetada y la regreso a la freidora y reemplazó el último pollo que faltaba en mi pedido. Yo estaba tan disgustado, y las papas fritas estaban frías porque estuvieron sentada los 30 min que tuve que esperar mi pedido. Nunca recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera. No coman aquí. Son muy cochinos mejor gasten su dinero en otro lugar que valga la pena.

I usually never bother with leaving negative reviews but this place is absolutely terrible. I came to this restaurant 04/26/2017 at 6:30 p.m. The manager at the cashier took my order, told me I had to wait 15 min for my order I didn't mind waiting for a new batch of chicken. After I waited the 15 min I was told I had to wait another 15 min because there was 1 piece of chicken missing from my order. I told the manager if I had to wait this long I would prefer everything fresh instead of waiting for another 15 min for one more piece to fry. He rolled his eyes and Thinking I wasn't watching his every move he took the old box of chicken that had already been packaged instead of giving me all fresh meat, dumped all of it back into the fryer and replaced the last missing chicken. I was so disgusted not to mention the fries were cold as well. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do not eat here.
