  Der Hafen Puerto Quetzal ist der grösste Hafen in Guatemala am Pazifischen Ozean. Er ist bedeutend für Container-Schiffe und auch als Stopp für Kreuzfahrt-Schiffe. Der Hafen liegt 5 km von Puerto San José entfernt.

  A fairly long walk to transportation, but lots of vendors with fabrics and crafts for sale.

  Going here by cruise ship is not good at all. This is basically an industrial coal port where at the end of the pier they built a small area with a few very touristy shops, 2 restaurants, and a wifi area you have to pay a lot for. Shop employees are continually on you trying to make a sale. Yes you can barter but how many tshirts, blankets and wooden trinkets do you really need.
  The area probably measures 200 meters by 200 meters at the most. Other than that there is nothing for miles.
