Very nice and clean. Services were excellent. Location is great all within walking distances of bars, restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable and room had plenty of space with a mini kitchen.

Hotel is nice. Food of the restaurant is good too. Cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved but they are not bad. They have airport shuttle service, which is a plus. Many good restaurants around in Zona 10 of Guatemala

I've been to Mercure Casa Veranda more than 10 times and most of my stays were exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and most of them are like suites with even kitchen, breakfast bar, fridge and a living room area. Unfortunately there have been some very few staff members who seem arrogant or do not have a special service in mind. i give 5 stars anyway because most of the employees are simpky amazing. All together a great service and amazing vakue

Great Hotel with a very friendly staff at a great price. Free airport shuttle and other amenities. I'm definitely staying here again. Ask for the suites. Very comfortable with everything you need.

My experience at Mercure was horrible. We had a senior moment, and accidentally booked 3 rooms for the same night. We were forced to pay extra or be evicted, even though we paid for 3 rooms, they refused to allow us to stay the next day on the room we did not use. They WERE within their legal right, but they care very little about the opinons of their clientele. No more Mercure for me, they can build their rivers in Brazil and plant 3,000,000 trees, but they don;t know tiddly squat about trying to keep their customers happy.

Friendly service, yet you have to sign agreements to use balcony and other anemities. Business center consists of two computers in the corner of the lobby and copy/fax is at the front desk. The spa was enriching, and gym contains the basic. Staff was very polite throughout the stay. I would like to stay again

Room Size was good but we had to ask for toilet paper. The room was FREEZING COLD and the A/C was not on. The location was great, but the address and link for Google Maps and Wayz sent us in circles. The Hotel Charges per person per day $15 and this is not listed anywhere on the website. There is breakfast included in the price of the room if you agree and the buffet was really good. the Wait Staff was excellent, but the front desk was very "matter of fact" and not very service friendly. We needed directions while driving due to the GPS issues and they were unconcerned with helping us find the hotel. I am certain I will look elsewhere before heading back here, but due to the location, I would not say we would never go back.

Hotel located right downtown Guatemala city. I can't compare with other hotels in the area as I only know this one but I would definitely stay there again. Rooms are spacious, clean and service is good.
