  Irresponsables, despues de salir 40 minutos mas tarde de la hora. Paramos en una gasolinera y cuando sali del baño se habian ido con mis cosas. Me tuve que buscar la vida, gracias al hotel donde me estaba alojando consegui las cosas. NO SE LES OCURRA CONTRATAR NADA ES PELIGROSO

  They gave us an awful service. We were supposed to leave at 4 but we left until 5. I was really sick the previous day but they cant reschedule under any sircumstances. In a presentation card they said that we could call 24/7 but when i called the lady was so rude claiming that was not appropriate time and if we couldnt go was our business and that she was not going to disciss it cause was her sleeping time. Once we went down from Indians nose, surpise! No shuttle! so i called the lady and she said sorry but you have to walk to the road and take a pu lic bus that the tour guide will pay so we claimed her that the deal was a private shuttle but she said : sorry but i said transportation back and forth but i never specified what type. We had to walk to the road and after waiting almost an hour, we had to ride ( the 8of us) in the back of a pickup standing under the sun for 40 minutes. Beautiful place awful travel agency

  We were leaving from San Pedro to Lanquin and paid 50 Q$ more to have a minibus and we get a shuttle ( the basic model) without head restreints. Bad experience for 9 hours.
