  Relajante, en medio de la naturaleza y frente a un balneareo de agua natural. Cuenta con su propia historia: Fidel Castro vivió cerca de allí.

  Excelente hotel en Jalapa, ideal para un par de días lejos de lo cotidiano. Su cercanía con el balneario es excelente ya que solo debes salir del hotel y cruzar el puente. Tiene una vista impresionante del lugar, el balneario, los cerros, el puente y el personal es muy amable.
  Pueden mejorar en ciertos detalles en cuanto al cuarto de baño y el flujo del agua ya que esto se vuelve un referente importante en las noches y en las mañanas.
  Tuvimos la oportunidad de hablar con el propietario y que nos contará la historia cuando Fidel Castro, exiliado, se hospedó en dicho hotel (De ahí el nombre), buena platica y tiempo agradable para todos. Su comida es riquísima y no nos queda más que recomendar este hotel para tus vacaciones.

  My husband, our baby and I stayed here for two nights recently and even though the view is absolutely beautiful, I can say that the hotel itself was very disappointing. When we got to our room, I was beyond shocked to see that the bathroom wasn’t flushed all the way so there was some “debris” in the toilet bowl, also there was no hot water and there were electrical sparks coming from the shower head and when we asked for a different room they said they couldn’t do that and just sent someone to fix the problems. The staff was ok but the manager is an incredibly rude woman who lacks people skills and should not be running a hotel

  Muy bonito el lugar tuve la oportunidad de quedarme en ese lugar pero si le hacen falta algunos detalles como que el agua no caia con regularidad y no tienen agua caliente en las duchas pero el servicio muy bueno muy amables, sin duda regresaria

  El lugar es muy bonito, pero le faltan detalles. Por ejemplo, la regadera de la habitación estaba en mal estado aparte de que no había agua caliente. La comida estaba rica abundante. El área de niños excelente y la piscina. Esperamos regresar pronto.

  Estupendo servicio, me trataron muy bien. Las habitaciones son algo raras ya que tienen un pasillo atrás, por lo demás un un buen lugar para quedarse a muy bien precio
