Stayed five days while drilling a fresh water well nearby. The accommodations are fine. Problems with the air conditioning unit, but that was fine when exahausted and ready to sleep. Good food. Good meeting space.

Decent hotel in Nueva Conception.
Has a swimming pool, covered eating/party area and a small football/soccer court. Nothing to compare to in the immediate area, but this was a very nice place to stay a few nights while working in the area. The compound is locked up at night and I think there is a guard on duty throughout the night.
Each room has a couple of double beds with an air conditioning unit. The bathrooms only have cold water, but it's really not that cold because the temperature here does not drop that low (my guess is 18 celsius is the lowest here).
The pool is cleaned every morning and there are locals who come to swim here at a fee (free to patrons of course). The eating area is clean and the staff if very nice.
The yellow fridge that sits by the kitchen was broken so Living Waters International bought them a brand new LG 25-30 cubic foot one (Apr 16, 2018).
Check out the two parrots that are in a cage behind the kitchen. They'll whistle at you and say a few things. Also, don't leave your shoes out overnight or else the two dogs from the neighboring house will take them. You can get them back from the owners because I think they do this frequently.
There are a few mango trees by the back of the of the lot that constantly drop fresh ripe mangoes that you can eat; they are delicious.response / report this review -

If you're looking for the best hotel accommodations within the surrounding area that still give you a taste of naturethis is it. Super friendly staff. Always kept clean, and you feel right at home when you're here.
