  El hotel está muy bien equipado con WiFi, piscina, aire acondicionado y TV por cable. Las habitaciones son variadas desde primer piso frente a la piscina hasta segundo piso con balcón. Único problema que en 2 de las 3 habitaciones en las cuales nuestro grupo se hospedó la señal del WiFi no llegaba con suficiente fuerza para ser usable. El restaurante no parecía estar muy preparado ya que solo ofrecían dos opciones de guarniciones en el momento que fuimos. La comida tenía muy buen sabor y había variedad en el menú. El servicio es muy atento y están dispuestos a hacer cambios según lo solicite el cliente. De lo mejor que tiene para ofrecer Melchor de Mencos
