We stayed here for one night by accident. Our flight from Flores had been canceled due to the Fuego eruption and we needed a last minute place to stay. We we're able to walk right up and get a room last minute at a fair price. The hotel was very nice, the lobby area was clean, they had complementary purified water and welcome drinks. We got the entry level room with 2 queen beds which were very comfortable and stocked with lots of pillows. Bathroom was also clean and had modern fixtures. Best of all was the A/C. There was a pool on the rooftop where you could get a great view of the lake and cool off. Complementary towels were at the front desk. Important to note, for those who need it, there is no elevator here. The hotel itself I think was 4 floors and then the rooftop pool. Overall fantastic stay and would recommend to everyone!

Great staff, beautiful rooms, and a pool with a view of the island. No complaints here. They also have filtered water and will your water bottle anytime, cutting down on plastic waste and your chance of getting sick.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, good amenities. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient.

Very centrally located on the island of Flores. Near lots of local shops and restaurants. Beautiful views of the lake as well. Clean but small rooms. The staff was very helpful

Very nice hotel. The A.C. was a god send because it got so hot in tikal. I really have no complaints. The restaurant inside the hotel is really good too!
