I had the worst customer service in my life. I was here for only 1 day with my husband and my 2 kids. The people in the restaurants are really rude they don't have manners. I will never come back to this place.

Great resort. Stayed in a suite. Comfortable firm beds, clean rooms. Housekeeping needs to do inventory at the beginning and end of your stay, which is different from American hotels. They have multiple pools, putt putt, a nice gym, ping pong, tennis courts, squash, bowling, and a cheap spa.

Nice clean rooms. Service was a little lackluster, with the service people making things unnecessarily complicated. But lovely grounds overall.

Beautiful resorts! Friendly and helpful staff, amazing restaurants, sports areas, and a gorgeous spa. Affordable, luxurious, and FUN FUN FUN! Perfect for kids, as well.

It's a really good hotel, and it's not only a hotel, it actually has two incredible parks where you can have a lot of fun and spend time with family and friends. The service is excellent and people is really kind

The place is really well taken care of, the rooms have themes, a lot of nature around,i loved the peacocks! There's a train that takes you to a water park and/or an amusement park. The food could be a little better.

Very affordable rooms with AC and TV. Great place with pools and a lot of nature. Buffet breakfast, great dinner options, and live events. Is a really great place to visit.
