  The Place is beatiful, service also, food delicious, the only problem the beds, too hard like stone. My back was killed . Also internet is poor.

  So I visited Hotel El Faro this past week! It was an absolutely beautiful hotel! Rooms were beautiful with a gorgeous pool and a few steps away to the beach! Food was amazing and worth every cent!! However out of all the servers in the restaurant only two of them were very attentive and caring for the customers! JOSE & ANAMARIA were their names! The other servers I could not say the same for as they were very unfriendly and inattentive. The only thing they paid attention to were there phones and playing games while working! Reception you would figure would be the first to be friendly and welcoming but that wasn't the case when we visited. They had very smug attitudes and never flashed a smile. They looked as if they didn't care about any of their guests. What is even more shocking ( and quite unappealing) was seeing a mother wash her baby's swimming trunks full of poop with the water features going into the pool!!! As we mentioned to reception instead of apologizing they seemed upset about us bringing this to their atrention and were uncaring about the incident! Two of the receptionists had the attitude of a wall!! Hopefully Owners will pay more attention to these situations and help to make the hotels service just as beautiful as it looks!!

  Nice hotel right on the beach with a large pool, nice rooms and good food. It is a bit expensive, especially the food and drinks. Nice bar in pool!
