  Went for a short fishing trip 3/12-15. Weather was mid to upper 80's. Upon check in we stayed in the Bungalows. We needed to cool down the rooms and plug in appliances (conserving energy). Descent efficiency 2br, 1bath unit. Bedrooms had their own AC so we were able to keep things nice and cool at night. Beds we a little firm but, OK for myself. Slept reasonably well, property backs up to a farm. There was a time challenged Rooster that woke me up earlier than I would have liked a time or two. Welcome to Guatemala! Once up and running the fridge was ice cold, great for the evening beer or two. Bottled water provided in the rooms (use it). Not sure that the showers in Bungalows actually had hot water or were using a solar heating system. Not what I'm accustomed to back home but i'm traveling in a new country so roll with it right? Pool was a refreshing sight after along day on the water. Staff was extremely friendly. Although my Spanish is horrible, the staff was able to help us out any way possible. The onsite restaurant cooked up our catch every evening, for dinning in the restaurant patio or even bring to our room. I would stay again just for the people and staff. Great hosts!

  Fuimos con unos amigos del 3 al 4 de marzo de 2018, y una muy mala experiencia. Nos abrieron los carros en el parqueo llevándose cosas de valor, lo reportamos con el gerente y en lugar de hacerse responsable, nos dijo que a él no le constaba si en realidad allí nos abrieron los carros, tachándonos de mentirosos. No servía el pinche cable de la tv, y supuestamente lo arreglarían pero nunca lo hicieron. Sinceramente fue muy decepcionante haberse quedado allí para lo que cobran.
  Además les pusimos un mal review en la página de facebook y lo borraron, hasta quitaron la opción para dejar reviews por eso.
  Tengan cuidado a los que estén interesados en ir allí.
  Por mi parte, JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A HOSPEDARME ALLÍ!!

  INSEGURIDAD: del hotel afirman que tienen seguridad 24 horas, pero en sus narices nos abrieron los 2 carros en los que ibamos, lo peor es que al hablar con el encargado (Diego) en lugar de apoyar al cliente, nos cuestiono de forma que los queriamos engañar. El guardia de seguridad dice que en 18 años no ha visto nada, y le creo, ni cuenta se dan que abren los carros. Tampoco tienen camaras de seguridad en el parqueo. Decepcionante.

  Muy comodo y recomendado hace mas de un año fui y se dejo algo olvidado ahora que regresamos aun tenian lo que se dejo me gusto la honradez!!!

  Muy bonito el lugar, tranquilo, seguro, con parqueo y restaurante. La comida es bastante cara aunque los bungalos están muy bien, dos cuartos, cuatro camas y dos sofas cama, a/c, cocina, no tiene microondas..

  Lindo lugar la comida muy sabrosa y las habitaciones muy acogedoras lo único malo es que el dia q llegamos no había servicio de cable ni el dia siguiente el personal muy amable.
