Muy lindo lugar su servicio de hospedaje es muy bueno y siempre a disponibilidad

Sólo su personal no está capacitado a un 100% para ser profesionales con su clientela, ya que por algunas indiscreciónes y difamaciones de parte de ciertos empleados he decidió no volver a utilizar su servicio por un tiempo!

Overall, this was a really nice resort! The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful, and the facility was for the most part very well kept! We had a bit of a bug infestation in two of our rooms when we first arrived, however, the staff sprayed them and they only remained in one of the two rooms, (and the other we were promptly relocated from, and given a new room, no problem). The two pools were nice, and the slides were fun for the youth in our group. I'd give the whole resort a 4.5, but since that's not an option, I'll say 4, just because of the bug situation and no AC, (but they did have fans, so it's not unbearable). I would definitely recommend this resort!

Bonito lugar tengo años de ir pero pésima atención al frente por parte de una joven morena cabello rizado, deberían de contratar personas con experiencia porque por ese servicio mucha gente ya no va, 0 amabilidad 0 educación

Es muy bonito el lugar, lo único que el wifi no llega hasta las habitaciones del hotel 😐 uno tiene que movilizarse hasta el restaurante o el loby y si le tocan habitaciones muy retiradas es incómodo, pero a mí me gusto ya que me queda bien a los lugares aledaños. 😄

Habitación amplias y sencillas, piscinas, un río atraviesa el hotel, no wifi en habitación, muchos insectos por tener área boscosa y húmeda, tranquilo para descansar, a las orillas de carretera principal pero no hay ruido. Diversos rubros en cobro por persona.
