Great place for great value. Staff is amazing and super welcoming. Views and access to Lake are perfect. Building setup is historically unique. Kayaks for rent are available. Tuk Tuks get you to all the restaurants and bars in 6 min or less for 5-10 queztales ($1) per person.

Great service, allthough bathrooms are a bit on the low quality side, and food isn't very good. Great views though. Bring snacks.

The room we reserved was occupied when we arrived. Management tried to place us in a smaller room at the same price. Food is atrocious. Kayaks are broken.

It has beautiful views of the lake, our room was very big and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the Mayan steam room. The only downside was that it is a slight distance away from the restaurants and bars in San Pedro. However they will call a Tuk Tuk for you.

A friend and I stayed here for one night. We drove through the mountains from Antigua which was pretty rough and got there around 9pm. Our host was very accommodating and gave us a room with the best view of the lake. We asked to have a few beers to relax and he had no problem with it even when everything was shut off for the night. Kayaks were free and easy to use to take right into the lake. Lago Altitlan is a busy area but this hotel is the best place to stay if you want some peace and quiet with a lovely view and awesome breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended if you're visiting Lago altitlan.

The staff was amazing. They helped us come up with things to do, arranged all the tours and we're always super helpful. They also told us what was a fair price for activities or transportation that we needed. The location was also super nice, away from the clutter of the town but still close and had amazing views of the lake. Really a steal for the price!

Hotel muy hogareño. Todo el staff muy atento y amable. Organizaron la llegada de mi esposo y mia desde el Aeropuerto, sincronizaron nuestros tiempos de llegada y se hicieron cargo de nuestro traslado al contratarnos un transporte privado. Nos apoyaron en medicamentos al sentirnos mal. Hicimos petición especial de habitación y nos hospedamos en Estrella, habitación con una increible vista al lago. El hotel ofrece kayak y caballos, actividades que mi esposo y yo disfrutamos al máximo. Todo muy limpio, comida muy rica y a precios accesibles. El lugar es precioso y todo el pueblo es muy tranquilo y pintoresco. El lago es de los espectaculos mas hermosos que hemos visto. Sin duda regresariamos.
