We only stayed one night and it seemed really pretty, and the rooms are veery big and apparently they have free breakfast but we had to leave early when we wanted to pay, the guy was a no-show so we had to leave our last cash there instead of paying by card😑
He received us late at night and organized a taxi for an early morning departure. Thank you very much!
Tiny hostel with beautiful sitting area in the patio! Very clean and pretty rooms for small budget! Owner is fluently speaking french, english and spanish!
This hostal was a good half hour drive from the airport. The hotel manager arranged for a taxi for us the next morning. Since we were not in a gated community like a different hostal we stayed in, we were able to walk to the center of the city. Many, many people were out walking. We went to an authentic Mayan restaurant (Senora PU -seats 8)per suggestion by the hostel manager. It was excellent. The meal was cooked right in front of us. Breakfast in the hostel was coffee, scrambled eggs, refried beans and fried plantains. Delicious! The room was very simple, but clean. The inside of the hostal has two courtyards with plants. It is very quaint.
for the price is just the best hotel in Guatemala City
Had a good time, rooms are decent and location is good. The owner was unfortunately aggressive towards my friend with his manner of requesting "When were we going to pay him" which quickly changed my decision on the place. With no explanation on his part if there was an issue it was very disheartening. Similar and cheaper prices where someone won't give you a hard time are easy to find.
