Very convenient location, reasonable price, comparatively quiet for z1 in Guatemala City. Q200 fine for staining the sheets with oil, blood, or other substances, according to a sign on the wall, but despite this warning it didn't seem to be a nasty type of hotel. It's a bit shabby, but clean enough. Parking is included. Our room (206) didn't have a window, if going back I would ask for a window room as it was a bit gloomy.

Filthy rooms, cockroaches in the rooms crawling out of the walls. My room wasn't even cleaned before I got in. There were footsteps from the previous guest in the bathroom and hairs everywhere. Food is ok tho but still. DO NOT GO.

Los alimentos han bajado de calidad, ya que quitaron el refil de refresco y en el postre sólo dan pedazos de fruta, antes habÃa más variedad.

Cambiaron nombre primero, luego cambiaron los números telefónicos y no hicieron los cambios en la pagina del hotel; luego marca uno los números actuales y no responden. Que mal porque es un hotel de confianza y calidez.
