This is a very disappointing experience, the place is beautiful but the service is awful, the trees are over price and they try to sell you one size for other, and if you try to look for help whit the manager boy you get a surprise, the manager will treat you like garbage, so sadly this is my last time in this place, since there are more options in tecpan to buy a Christmas tree I recommend to look for other place to buy, but if you want to be swindled this is the place to go 😡

I had such a good time at this place, we didn’t buy a Christmas tree but spent time with the family, they have different activities in the farm as well as a restaurant. We enjoyed the picnic basket they offer and some other food options as the hamburgers. I recommend this place to break the routine, breath fresh air and enjoy a different activity with the family. Definitely coming back next year.

Es recomendable planificar un día para la actividad de escojer un árbol ya que se debe subir en carro toda la montaña. Hay variedad de árboles y uno escoje el que más le parezca, el cual es medido y te cobran en base a eso. Hay poca señal de teléfono por lo que a veces el POS es inconsistente, recomendable llevar efectivo(por cualquier inconveniente). Tienen todos los permisos del conap con los árboles y es una excelente manera de pasar el día. El personal es muy atento y si uno llega en temporada alta puede que no se den a vasto en la atención dado que dan una atención personalizada con cada cliente.

This was a great outing for the family. It's a 7km drive from the main road and has ample parking. Everything is setup well and it's easy to ask anyone where something is. We signed up for our pre-paid tree cutting at the main booth and took a ride on one of the vehicles to where we searched for our tree. The guys cutting the trees were friendly and really helpful, depsite having to run around a large area to help everyone trying to pick out a tree. Once you have picked it out, it's cut and delivered to the parking lot where it is loaded onto your car.
We also used the canoes at the small lake and had lunch. The pizza was great!
All in all, this is a great outing for the family whether your picking out a tree or not.response / report this review -

This a great place to find your live Christmas tree. Well organized with an ample variety of choices for the family's holiday tree. There are also other other types of ornaments such as fresh wreaths and wooden decorations made from the tree trunks.
There are bikes available to tour te tree farm, and a small pond with row boats, for entertainment. As well as food and drinks for the whole family are available. And the service is well organized, from the admission, hunt for the tree and preparing the tree for the voyage home secured on your vehicle.
