We ordered some stuff from amazon and James and Carlos were super helpful getting it to us! At a great price as well! Happy to have this service here on the lake, that is also helping local artists and producers ship their goodies to the world! Thanks so much for the service and the smiles

I requested info about how to place an order, they instead gave me the facebook of a lady that NEVER answered, when I tried to ask them why she was not answering they had blocked me. Seems what they only want is to receive money without question. Don´t do business with this people.

One of the best weaving workshops my famil has every enjoyed. Rosa and her weavers tok hours of time with us to learn the Art of Mayan Weaving. We will be back next year. Hugs to all.

Customer service is miserable, the dude James Dillon stopped answering my messages and never answered all the questions I did, simply wanted to know the weight of a ball of cotton , then got offended when I commented that I was buying it with the mexicans because of the price. This is why Guatemala is still a 3rd world country.
