Este fue uno de los primeros hoteles lujosos de la ciudad, acá se hospedaron presidentes, artistas y empresarios. Cantinflas fue uno de los personajes que se hospedaron en el lugar. En su interior hay varios murales, actualmente funciona como centro cultural.
