Salomon, the manager, was incredibly helpful to me when I was in need of a bike box to fly with my bike back to Canada. He didn't charge me a thing, and went out of his way to make sure that it got to me, calling me a cab to get to the bike shop and all when I was in an unfamiliar city. I am extremely grateful, and can confidently say that this shop's customer service is excellent and generous. Thank you!
