I bought a shuttle to guatemala city from lanquin, actually it's the same that the one for antigua.
The driver just put me out of the shuttle at the entrance of Guatemala city yelling me to take a cab.

The worst travel agency of Guatemala. We bought bus tickets from Lanquin to Guatemala city and the driver knew since the beginning that Guatemala city was our destination, but he almost took us to Antigua. We had to pay a very expensive táxi to get to Guatemala City again.

We booked a tour from Coban to Semuc Champey and, as soon as we got to the agency to pay, we noticed there was a sign offering the exact same tour for half the price. We canceled our reservation as soon as we saw it. Be aware!

Got a good price on a shuttle to Pana. They were the operator of the shuttle, rather than just an agent. Good quality minibus, safe driver, efficient service.
