THIS IS HOW YOU CAN PROCESS YOUR HEALTH CARD AT THIS PLACE: 🇬🇹
Here you can first process the health card, and then also food handling.
You have to arrive on Tuesday morning (5:00) to get a number, which starts at 6:00 am . 🗓
Then you have to show up or wait for 10:00 am the same day, with the number they provided.
This is to deliver the following stationery:
★ Photocopy of enlarged DPI, with no. telephone, age and address attached.
★ Black Pencil that works well.
★ ID-size photo on matte paper.
★ Stool, VDLR and Urine test results.

After delivering this, you must arrive the next day from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, to receive the respective health card.
