Owner/executive Chef Sean Bowe believes in using only the highest quality and freshest ingredients from organic farms. Every pizza is made from scratch, from the dough (made in-house daily) to the home-made tomato sauce that's been passed down from 3 generations. Sean with his 10 years of culinary experience provides customers with the finest NY style pizza south of the U.S. offering calzones, pastas, salads and much more.
