Amazing breakfast. Nice roof top balcony. Definitely recommend it.

The music is too loud so it is not a great place to study, but I really like the space, so it's a great place to hang out. They have a balcony so you can over look the street and see the hills. They have really great avocado toast and a few board games.

In general the place is very nice but we did not have a good experience staying there. We were given the room exactly above the restaurant/bar of the same place. It was extremely noisy in our room until late because of the music meaning we were hardly able to sleep. Besides that we were told there would be hot water but the water hardly heated, very uncomfortable with cold weather. Also, we were recommended to park the car somewhere close but the next morning we couldnt get it out because the people werent there and unable to reach meaning we waited for over three hours and wasted half of the day.

We ate here a couple of times while in Xela. Fish tacos are excellent! Nachos were big and tasty, and the falafel was very good as well. Beers were well priced and they serve wine by the glass. Staff friendly, decent wi-fi and a nice patio away from the rubbish bars downstairs. Bit hard to find they could do with some decent signage. It's up a little set of stairs above a tour company at the end of the covered mall.

I stayed here extendedly for few months. Although it is a bit noisy due to the bars downstairs, the staffs are nice and helpful to the extent that I do not want to move out and find a real apartment. I enjoyed the stay, it is clean, spacious, beautiful and convenient (just at the corner of central park). And according to my observation, the price beat anyplace in xela with this level of everythings.

Very good place to stay, but not for those looking for quiet. Situated smack in the tourist zone, the rooms are clean, staff is super friendly, food and drinks are great and location superb. However, it comes with a price, namely lots of noise until 2am (bars and clubs underneath). If you're up for a party, it's the place for you, for rest and relaxation, look elsewhere.

Stayed here twice on our way to and from Escuela de la Montaña near Colomba. Great location. Friendly staff. Noisy on the weekends til 0100 but pretty good after night festivities quieten down. Bathroom is clean, but only 1 toilet for all the rooms a bit problematic when people have tummy issues. Clean sheets and tidy rooms. Nice cafe attached.
Free Wifi, unfortunately doesn't extend to the 2 most distant rooms. Would recommend staying here.
Price was 125q first time and 150q the second for an unknown reason for a double w shared bathroom.response / report this review -

I stayed here for 1 night, it's nothing special by does the job. It has hot water, WiFi albeit it's a bit intermittent. There is also an attached cafe with good rooftop views.
