Las Cristalinas set itself apart from other cafes by roasting beans onsite. We were able to watch and smell the roasting process at the back of the cafe. The guy even knew of Finland being one the biggest coffee consumers in the world. There was no way we could resist tasting the coffee afterwards either, when the beans travelled 4 metres from the roaster to the grinder, it couldn't get fresher. It was delicious too but surprisingly most Guatemalans just drink Nescafe Instant.
Perfect coffee, that is homemade from owners family. Everything is perfect. Only always you have to wait long. That should be improved. Prices are also nice.
Good drinks, helpful staff, good wifi. The code is written on the inside gate, something like takeyourtime.
Great café with excellent WiFi
Amazing coffee and some good desserts too. Great place to relax and enjoy.
The best coffee in the world. I mean it. The owner has coffee field and the coffee is very fresh. A week after the picking.
San Pedro and San Juan are considered the Coffee Regions around Lake Atitlan Guatemala. When you arrive in San Pedro from other areas around Lake Atitlan you will be faced with a large hill to navigate upwards from the docks of San Pedro. The climb is worth it for this little local Cafe.
You will not a variety of fresh baked goods and a variety of coffee offerings at very reasonable prices. Wifi is free with purchases. You can sit on the small terrace and enjoy a view of San Pedro Harbor.
Great Place for that morning wake up cup of local coffee.
