Atmosphere and setting looked great here and the French bistro menu looked nice. So I went to check them out on one recent evening. I had the beet salad and the mussels. Mussels were good, but there were a lot of broken shells in the dish. The beet salad was good, but I ended up pulling out about 4-5 small pieces of plastic from the cheese in the salad. Not sure what to should expect from a food incident with plastic in an upscale restaurant in Guatemala. I mentioned it to the bartender, but nothing seemed to result from it. Mildly disappointed with that and the food.

Loved it! Delicious French food at very reasonable prices. Go for the house wine and the cheese plate! The service is excellent, they make you feel right at home. Would definitely go back

Our server was Marlón along with a busboy who made the evening most pleasurable. They brought out bread immediately which is served with 3 different types of salts along with butter. The ambiance is lovely: white tablecloths, nicely decorated, attentive but not annoying with soothing music playing in the background. I highly recommend this to anyone wishing to have a memorable experience with good food at a reasonable price for the $. As is the custom in Guatemala, you need to ask for the bill (sometimes more than once). Highly Recommended!!!!

My wife and I had excellent food and good service. The atmosphere was wonderful. The steak frites were amazing. We asked for it to be cooked medium and it was exactly what we expected. It is definitely worth a visit.

Pros: good wine list and Beer selection. Great atmosphere and open late on Sunday.
Cons: waiter with attitude
Food: meat was over cooked ( asked for it medium rare and got it 3/4.
Cheese plate was nothing out of the ordinary.
The rest of the food was very good.

The best meal we've had in Guatemala so far (after five days). Full flavored food, attentive service, comfortable atmosphere. Pricey for Guatemala, but SO worth it.

I've lived in Switzerland and traveled to France many times, and yet this was probably the best French meal I've ever had! Two thumbs up on wine, food, and service.
