Hated everything about this bank! If you are a foreigner trying to exchange currency- Don't go here! Too much red tape trying to make an exchange and they make every excuse to not take your money.(example- super crisp new bill had a tiny smudge in the corner so they wouldn't accept) And they make you feel like a criminal during the process. Not to mention the precious hour of your vacation wasted to exchange a maximum of 100.00 usd.

在 Flores 很難換錢，一般銀行規定要存戶才能換，外來的遊客只能到這家銀行換錢！而且非常麻煩！！
我不過是要換200美金的瓜地馬拉幣，竟然從櫃檯申辦開始將近40分鐘才完成換錢的手續，讓我傻眼和覺得不可思議！這就是瓜地馬拉的銀行？
