Inefficient, bad service, service too slow

The agency = terrible service. I do not recommend, I spent more than 3 hours waiting for the supposed quality service, a long line and only one person attends the cashier. If it is possible to change banks, it would be ideal for the benefit of the population.

This bank is located in a very strategic place for the benefit of all account holders, but unfortunately they provide poor service. On two occasions I had to withdraw money and unfortunately they made me wait two hours to do so, due to the same influx of people they must have more staff so that the service is more efficient because on both occasions I could see only two people manning the windows.
