  Los buses están aceptables, los conductores son prudentes, precio asequible. Lo malo algunas rutas, por ejemplo de Quetzaltenango a Huehuetenango son de paso y por ello pueden salir con bastante retraso.

  Beware of aggressive drivers!
  
  Caught the bus to flores, at flores the bus driver demanded to see my next bus ticket (obviously so he could get me to buy one from his company), when I said it was in my bag, he refused to tell me what street he was dropping me off on and then gave me the finger as he drove off, multiple times whilst banging on the side of the bus. Pretty terrible service, quite frightening

  Excelente compañía para viajar a Xela. Los buses muy cómodos, los pilotos muy prudentes y no exceden de velocidad, y los precios muy accesibles. Las terminales podría mejorarlas, y que son pequeñas y los servicios sanitarios no están limpios

  Took bus from Tapachula México to Xelaju Guatemala. Driver was nice and friendly but drive like a bar out of hell. I did not aid our comfort much the horrible state of Guatemalan roads.
  
  The 5 hour trip was awful. The T.V. did not work, the front right suspension rattled like it was coming off, the bathroom had no water, soap, or paper of any kind.
  
  When I brought this to the attention of the station staff in Xelaju I was told that the central office does not send supplies and that they had to take money out of their own pockets to supply buses.
  
  I pointed out that the advertisement said "First class services." He only smiled embarrassed. Then he added that tourist enjoy the lack of hygene in Guatemalan buses and roads. He said they find it "quaint." I differed and he instead they Guatemalan tourism is aided by the lack of basis services. I decided not to argue this seeing that he really belived this.
  
  All in all I don't know if there is an alternative to this save taking a private shuttle that do run this route but can be expensive to a budget traveler.
