Excelente gimnasio, no existe la pérdida de tiempo en este lugar. Hay clases de 45 minutos, de diferentes tipos y todos los días hay rutinas especializadas para trabajar entrenamientos diferentes. Baños increíbles, servicios adicionales y parqueo seguro.

Ok I'm giving this gym a 3 star because if you love crossfit, then it's awesome but if you want to lift weights, it's not for you. The type of weights it has is 80lbs kettle bells, that's it. Good place for Zumba, and it also has a restaurant or what seems to be a coffee place inside the gym. It also located in a plaza. I am looking for more of a gym to lift weights seems to be very hard to find in Zona 10 area.
