  La joven y el guía turístico muy agradables y con mucho conocimiento de turismo y la región que visité. Solo recomiendo no utilizar para los turistas los asientos pequeños en los microbuses, son incómodos.

  Tenemos una pesima opinion de esta Agencia que visitamos hace poco. Informales no cumplen con lo establecido, mala informacion al cliente y trato inhumano, estoy hablando de la excursion del lago Atitlan en lancha. Empezamos por alquilar con ellos ya en nuestro hotel dos tuc-tucs y aparecio uno para cuatro personas, no nos dio tiempo a desayunar por su tardanza y su inexistente informacion. Las visitas a los pueblos correctas, pero la vuelta en la lancha fue penosa, gente mayor dando saltos de un lugar a otro sin poder parar, comentamos que fuera mas despacio, pero fueron oidos sordos y llegamos a puerto rotos en pedazos, asustados y con ganas de denunciar. No se puede poner en manos de gente asi al frente de una embarcacion y de un guia que no sabe el personal que lleva a bordo. Mala publicidad para Eterna Primavera.

  I left my sweatshirt in their van one evening. I called the next morning and they said they had it. I was returning in two more days and told them that.
  I showed up and they didn't have any idea where it was.
  Straight up thievery. I will never use them again and I live here at the lake.

  I hired this agency to help us with our documentation and when the job was done and I went to pick it up a week later they forced me to pay more then we had originally agreed on. They would not let me leave with my papers unless I paid more. There are a lot of travel agencies on the same street, I recommend going somewhere else. This travel agency took advantage of me because they knew I could pay and the documents were really important and they knew I couldn't leave without them. Ladrones
