It was a smooth experience to book the shuttle. I had to book it over the WhatsApp as I wasn't able to access the internet in Panajachel. The agency were very accommodating and picked me up from the spot right on time.

Always on time. Nice shuttles, sometimes just a car when there are less people. Used them 4 times for different rides. Very happy customer!

Great tour company. Very flexible. Best price to hike Acatenango!

Alex helped my travel companion and me get to where we needed to go when we needed to go there. He helped us with out plans and was very flexible and willing to adapt as our travel plans changed. You can book with him with confidence. I highly recommend his services and will be back next time I'm in Antigua. Prices are competitive and customer service is outstanding.

We did the nightly trip on vlocano acatenango and it was absolutely worth it! We saw a nice sunrise and the volcano errupted twice.

Alex is very responsive and flexible. We wanted to do the Acatonaga hike at midnight but due to the rain didn't want to decide till late at night. We decided to do our hike at 10:30pm and Alex arranged for everything and we got a car to pick us up by 11:30pm. Emilio and Jennifer who drove us to the hiking trail were very nice and made sure we had no concerns. We also used Alex to arrange for our car ride to Guatemala airport.

Alex was a great find. We wanted to do a trip to Acatenango that did not involve camping overnight but allowed us to get to the summit in time for the sunrise. He offered a private tour that commenced at midnight for a very reasonable price and it worked out perfectly for us - we were the first to arrive at the summit and enjoyed breathtaking views of the volcanic complex including the hyperactive erupting Volcan Fuego. Everything was well organized, from the pick up to the guide service, to the return journey. We were so impressed that we booked our shuttle service to Lake Atitlan with his company as well. Again, it was a smooth sailing experience - no delays and a very comfortable ride. If we return to Antigua we will definitely go straight to Alex again!

Used Alex a few times during my trip, and everything went perfectly, even squeezed me on a few last minute shuttles when I was away from Antigua! Easy to contact over the phone when in a pinch.

Super agencia de viaje! Prices are really low and the guy there have a lot of experience and is super nice. We paid 60Q to climb the volcano Pacaya and everything was great, we also had mashmallows on the top of the volcano! I recomend this agencias.
