I placed an order on 03/05 (Easter Monday). I did not receive a confirmation email so as soon as the holidays were over, on 05/05 I contacted the store to ask if they have received my order. They tell me that they have a technical problem with the emails and inform me that due to specificity, laser cutting is done, a process that takes 2 to 3 working days, so they will send it to me on Monday 10/05. All good so far. Since Monday passed and I had no information, I contact them again and they tell me that my ring is ready and they will receive it (I imagine from an external partner) 11/05 or 12/05 and as soon as they send it they will inform me via Viber . Which never happened, today 29/05 I have not received any update (no phone, no mail, no Viber) and of course I did not receive any ring! Again, it's good that I had paid cash on delivery! I do not know if they were forgotten or if they did not even enter the process to fix it for me and I do not care anymore! Honestly if the owners read it, do not even bother to contact me, there is no excuse after 1 month. Unacceptable.
