The perfect spot for an evening cocktail. I'd recommend the twisted negroni if you're a negroni fan!

An absolutely delightful little gem on a popular square in Nafplio. The rooms are comfortable and although the antique furniture is starting to show its age it also lends adds to the hotel's charm. Our room had a balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the square and the lower walls of the fortress. Likewise, it had a kitchenette with a fridge, TV, and central air conditioning. The shower was stand up only but had great water pressures and hot water. You can't drink the tap water like in most of Greece. It also comes with a great breakfast. There is no parking which means guests must look for it on their own and either walk to the hotel or take a taxi to the edge of the square. Also, there is no elevator and the lobby and guest rooms are on the second floor. They can help you with luggage but the physically challenged should keep this in mind. One final point is that because it's on a popular square the noise level on busy days and nights can be higher than normal. While it didn't bother us in the least it may be a consideration for some.
