  Two-faced sales rep in store, not acknowledge or owning the broken car, refuse to civilized conversation, short-sighted on earning 1-time cash - company should consider replacement this store-front which deteriorate the branding over time.
  
  Car broken down without electricity to jump start in the middle of nowhere. To give it credit, the contracted/insurance company I called arrived with replacement and fix around 45mins awaits before we continue. Initially happy to let it go, even we did miss some of the sights closing in the early afternoon and worried another break down so return back only 6 hours mark (not gonna keep it for next day for the 24 hours promise) However when we returned the car back to store told the sales rep about it, he just quickly dismissed it and said "oh yes you had a different one in the morning)" and get going. I was surprised by his attitude, not even with a slightly apology, so asked whether the vehicle had the history/or frequent problems like this. He impatiently waved his hands said "look you get what you getthis is Greece.what you expecting." I was shocked given it was just a civilized conversation, he also mentioned "the service in an hour is within contract" so I asked him to point out from the written contract, this time he got more irritated and rudely said "you find it yourself" and quickly walked away.
  
  It's bizarre you wanted to let go and they seemed didn't care about customer experience, basic human manner and learning from what happened and losing future revenue.

  I hired a quad-bike from it's office next to Passaggio for 24 hours. Shortly after I departed, the bike broke down due to battery problems. I had to wait during the hottest time of the day hungrily at nowhere for 40 mins for the road service. After I drove back about 6 hours later and returned the bike (far less than 24 hours) , the staff showed no apology nor sympathy. I tried to negotiate for compensation for this bad experience and the much early return, but the staff lost his patience soon after I asked him to point out the related terms he said in the contract that he used to defend. He refused, said you found it out yourself, and blamed me rude (what?!), and also said this is Greece, not other countries (we don't know what it means). He then left and stopped the conversation. I was shocked and couldn't believe how unprofessional this guy was. Afterwards, I asked locals around, everyone said this company wasn't trustworthy and I should avoid. Everything was amazing in Santorini except for this company. You should reconsider if you plan to come to it.

  They were very direct in terms of prices. Normally for car rentals you get unmentioned extra costs. They are clear and open here and besides friendly and in for a good chat. Feels like a nice place that definitely is not there to just take your money. Kind helpful and honest so definitely recommend it.

  It's 5 stars for us because of the prices, no hidden fees, very uncomplicated service and return, everything fulfilled our needs.

  Don't book here. I called several times, they told me a lot of different things. First time they said it's fine that we can get the car at midnight from the airport (which we can't), then they said we can drop it off at the airport which they now told us is not possible neither so we're almost missing our flight now. The only advise they gave us is "get a transfer". Really bad communication.
