The reason I didn't give an "excellent" rating is small stuff that added up when paying that amount of money. First of all I would not call it a "Luxury seafront villa". It is nowhere close to a beach or the water and far from luxury. The villa itself is wonderful, the three bedrooms are located far apart from each other so you have planty of privacy. The furniture is IKEA grade not a luxurious. My wife experienced a water outage twice whille showering then it was restored 5-10 minutes later (didn't bother with reporting it). A/C unit was not working at the lower level bedroom but we didn't figure it out until the last night when we tried to use it. BBQ area outside had no equipment to cook (utensils, etc) other than a small grate that would take all day to cook for a good size group of people on it. The "Jacuzzi" is not heated so i would call it just a jetted tub and the on/off botton was broken but still working. No local stations on the TV, only some wierd stations from the "cable" so we were unable to watch any games from the Euro (no big deal). The last kilometer to the location is all dirt road (9 minutes) so if you are not used to driving on small dirt roads it might be a little challenging when oncoming traffic comes. So as you can see for the reasons above, I didn't gave it a 5 rating. The pool/view/ouside area is amazing, it's just not luxurious as it was described.

Villa Boubouki is a lovely holiday home ideal for relaxation. You are never tired of the amazing view.
