  This place is a great family hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the huge variety of food during all meals and the quality of the provided services. Above all the waiters and the rest of the staff.
  The pools were clean and a perfect place for staying during the day.
  Highly recommended place for vacation with children, we would be happy to return next year.

  A wonderful place close to the sea with very kind hosts and delicious food! The sea here is still like a mirror, hay umbrellas at the beach with warm tap water. The water in the pools is somewhat cool but the peaceful nature makes up for it. A very romantic place that could have inspired Bukolika and Byron

  Extremely good hotel for relaxing . Food is great and customer service and sea water and etc 6 stars !!!
  Definitely will come back here !

  I was a guest for a day at my relatives stay, the outer part of hotel, three pools, of which two are for childen, that is very nice. I must say that the food in the hotel rastaurant is simply great, with huge offering of fish and sea food, which is realy rare in hotels with already preapred food on general, not talking al a carte offer. Hotel has an exit to a small, sandy beach, suitable for small childen. Relatives say the furniture in the rooms are somehow old, and that apartments are not very comfortable, but that I haven't seen by myself.

  Recommended for families with childrens. Very good and varied food. Friendly and dedicated staff.
  Things to improve: the beach, juices and drinks offered at all inclusive.
  I give 5* due to resonable price for service recieved.

  Very nice place, close to the sea. The room was nice but not clean. The cleaning lady completely forgot out balcony and they are changing the towels after 3 days! Also if you are noisy and like to party, this is not the place for you. We almost got a penalty because of the noise that one of my colleagues made.

  There are good aspects of the hotel but the bad ones outweight the good, hence 2*. The food was quite good, different meals all the time, complements to the chefs. The cutlery, plates and glasses were not clean though.. greesy stains, as if only water was run through them. Would appreciate some branded drinks as well, the local alternatives were not a good replacement. Staff was quite nice, no complaints at all. Pools were fun for the kids, although the outer "ring" of the pools need to be better cleaned, sleezy layer on them ruins the first impression. Pool safe-guard was spot on, keeping the good order, well apreciated. Wi-fi definitely could use major upgrade. There were older rooms and newer ones for the same price - we were not as lucky - got one of the older ones, with not as nice bathroom as you'd expect. The beach is not too far, a 300-400m walk but with no shades, dusty.. not pleasant for mid-day trips back and forth. No beach bar, no beach toilets ans no dressing cabins - major minus. Would appreciate if the first 10-20 meters of entering the water would be cleaned from a buliding debree, sea weed, hedgehogs, etc.
  The swamp between the beach and the hotel sometimes spreads a bad smell when the wind is in the "wrong" direction. Overall some people liked it but we didn't as much. If some things would improve, I'd consider twice before coming back.

  Besides the bartenders and two girls on the front desk the staff was NOT nice, couldn't really speak English.
  It's a family hotel.
  The place is too crowded,too much noise! Most of the visitors are not the brightest , so they won't even try to be quiet.
  The place is not clean, they change the towels on 3day basis, and when they "clean" the room .well it is NOT clean, even the few things touched by the personnel are not clean and are not left good looking.
  The pools are not clean either, nor the water warm.
  The beach is terrible can't really go into the water. There isn't any restrooms or a bar at the beach so if you need anything you should go back to the hotel, which is not so close -it's like 5min walk but imagine that during the whole day. The umbrella and the seats at the beach need to be paid.
  No good WiFi connection at the hotel when I somehow managed to connect it's really slow, not really useful.
  Never going back!!!!

  This hotel is terrible. Food is kinda okay but other things are terrible. 1st. Wi fi isn't working well and we asked other people do they have wi fi they say no. I have work like other people so it was hard. 2nd. Beach isn't 80m from hotel it is 400m. Okay that wasn't a problem but the beach is terrible. There is sandy beach like sand but when i steped in the sea i can broke my leg which was broken few months ago. There are rocks and holes in the sea. Terrible for adults but for kids is dangerous. I pay a lot of money for that hotel. In agency they told us that is a complex with private beach and it is amazing hotel. Okay hotel like hotel is ok but beach,wi fi,food are just few things that i didn't like about this hotel. And just to say it was 20 persons with me and my family. We have to go every day on other beach just because of their mistake. It really wasn't fer. We pay all inclusive and we spent plus 1000 euros for 6 days. They are liars. I will not recomend this hotel for families with kids.
